Work, work, work

So I recently got a job at Northeastern Counseling Center. My official title is support staff, but I just call myself the front desk person. I've been working for 1 1/2 weeks now and I love it! It's a great job and company. Last week we had a full staff meeting on my 3rd day at work. They gave me a Christmas bonus, 2 gift cards, a bottle of lotion, and they'll give me a new kindle after Christmas! I didn't think I'd get anything since I just started, but I was excited anyway. It's a full-time job so don't think I'm ignoring you if you call. Andy has been working a lot too. He finally got a week off and found out they're sending him to North Dakota for three weeks on the day after Christmas! So if any of you get lonely just know that I'm lonely too and I would love visitors. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge ;) That's what we've been up to lately. Work, work, work. Sorry there are no new pictures. I'll post some later!

Happy Thanksgiving and visit home!

This was our early Thanksgiving at mom and dad's. Andy had to work before and after Thanksgiving so we could only come out the week before. It was fun!

These are the placemats I made for dinner. It felt more like Thanksgiving with the decorations, but it wasn't the same without family there.

The feathers are little pockets to hold all the silverware. I thought they were so cute :)

Haircut

I got my hair cut the other day. It was cut about 5 inches and she layered it a little bit. Andy didn't even notice lol. Men.

Andy's Birthday

So Andy's birthday was on Saturday. He turned 24. We went to dinner at Winger's and then had a little birthday party at home. It was real fun!

That was his favorite one. They're headphones for his x-box so now he can hear it and I can't! It was my favorite gift too :)

It is a 2007 Toyota Yaris. It is a standard and I'm getting pretty good at driving it since it is my only mode of transportation right now lol.
